These terms are between you and Friends of Bobby Henry, the campaign committee supporting Bobby Henry for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 24. They cover the campaign's volunteer app. The campaign website has its own terms at https://www.henryformaryland.com/terms. By signing up or signing in, you agree to these terms.
Using the app
Use the app only for lawful volunteer work for the campaign. Do not interfere with how it runs or try to see information your role does not show you.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can open your email can sign in as you.
- Keep your profile accurate so the campaign can reach you.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive calls and texts from the campaign, including automated ones, at the number you gave. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to end texts; you may get one last message confirming it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not required to volunteer or to donate.
Volunteer conduct
- Follow the briefing and the rules at your polling place, including staying outside the posted no-electioneering line.
- Treat voters, election officials and other volunteers with respect.
- Use other volunteers' contact details only for campaign work.
- The campaign can pause or remove anyone's access. A paused volunteer cannot claim tasks. A removed volunteer cannot rejoin with the sign-up link.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. The campaign works to keep it accurate and available but does not promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Changes
The campaign may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
