What we collect
- What you give us when you sign up or update your profile: your name, email, mobile phone, home address, what you would like to do, when you are free, languages, whether you have a car, and how you heard about the campaign.
- What you do in the app: tasks you claim, check-ins, field reports, and when each happened.
- Your device's location, only when you allow it to find nearby tasks. It is used for that search and not stored.
- Basic sign-in data, such as when you last signed in.
How we use it
- To sign you in and match you to volunteer work that fits your time.
- To organize shifts, polling-place coverage and election-day check-ins.
- To send shift reminders and campaign updates, if you keep them on.
- To meet election law where it applies.
Who sees it
- The campaign's owners and organizers see your profile and your activity in the campaign.
- A poll lead sees the full name, phone number and roster code of each volunteer at the polling places they lead.
- Volunteers at those places see their poll lead's name and phone number in shift reminders.
- Other volunteers see only your first name and last initial on shared shifts. They never see your email, address or phone.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we never share your cell number or texting consent with anyone for marketing.
- Service providers that run the app (hosting, database, email delivery) handle it only to provide those services.
Text messages
Texts are off unless you opt in. If you do, you agree to recurring automated texts about volunteering at the number you gave. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop. Opting in is never required to volunteer.
Sign-in links come by email. Shift reminders and campaign updates can be turned off in your profile or with the link in each email.
Your choices

- Turn texting, reminders and campaign updates on or off in your profile.
- Ask to have your information removed by emailing henryformd24@gmail.com. We will honor the request except where the law requires us to keep records.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with a US-based database provider. What each person can see depends on their role in the campaign, and every role change is logged.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
